Sheila has a passion for helping coworkers and friends succeed. Success is truly measured by a person’s subjective standards, which is even more special as it hinges on each person’s gifts. Sheila has invested over fifteen years in  coaching for success as well as inspiring others to lead teams through chaos into achieving remarkable results.  From the classroom to the board room to the civic hall, her message is clear and simple: live toward your legacy.  Sheila uses her southern charm to entertain while mastering the art of storytelling to reach audiences and individuals.  She grew up in Northwest Arkansas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business and a Master of Science degree in Agriculture Economics from the great hog nation, University of Arkansas.  Sheila and her family are currently the fourth generation of family farmers to operate an Angus cow calf farm.
